Return to Your Essence is a five-day transformational retreat held in the lush mountains of Costa Rica, created as a space for deep reflection, reconnection, healing, and renewal.
Surrounded by nature and supported in an intimate setting, you’ll be invited to turn inward, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for greater clarity and intention.
Throughout our time together, the experience will include intentional ceremonies, guided practices, integration, nourishing meals, time in nature, and moments of rest and connection.
